Indianapolis Colts vs. Buffalo Bills

If this game were played in November the Bills would be in trouble but they are catching the Colts at the right time.  The Colts will likely treat this game like the 4th pre-season game getting the starters in and out really quick.  With Dwight Freeney and Robert Mathis likely both sitting this game out the Bills should have time to throw the football.  They are hoping that Ryan Fitzpatrick can give it a go in this game.  The Bills will likely try to throw to get the lead and then try to grind out a win on the ground with Fred Jackson and Marshawn Lynch.

Defensively the Bills had better be ready to stop rookie RB Donald Brown who will likely be the focal point of the Colts’ offense this week.  That could be bad news for the Bills as they are allowing 165.1 yards rushing and 4.8 yards per carry this season.  The Bills will need to put pressure on rookie QB Curtis Painter who made some huge mistakes against the Jets last weekend leading the Colts to their first loss of the year.

PREDICTION:  BILLS 20, COLTS 14
