The Bills really like Posluszny as GM Marv Levy thinks he resembles former Bill Shane Conlan. Posluszny can handle either inside or outside linebacker and that will help out the Bills a lot as they will be able to start him wherever they need him. He’s big enough to handle the middle at 6’1″, 237 pounds and he’s fast enough (4.7 40 yard dash) to handle the outside. Posluszny was a very porductive player at Penn State over his college career. In 44 games (36 starts) at Penn State, he has made 372 tackles, 35 tackles for loss, had 9 sacks, broke up 10 passes and had 2 interceptions. Posluszny was a great pick by the Bills and he will be a fixture on their defense for a long, long time.
