Tight End is the forgotten position in the Bills offense
The Buffalo Bills didn’t use their tight ends in the offense too much last season. The Bills’ tight ends only caught 31 passes for 284 yards with 4 TD grabs as a unit. Robert Royal was the best of a under-utilized bunch. He played in all 16 games (15 starts) and he caught 23 passes for 233 yards (10.1 avg.) with 3 TD catches. For his career, Royal has played in 51 games (44 starts) and has caught 54 passes for 482 yards (8.9 avg.) with 8 TD grabs.
Brad Cieslak didn’t do much last season. He played in 7 games (2 starts) and he caught 6 passes for 46 yards (7.7 avg). For his career, he’s played in 9 games (2 starts) and has caught 6 passes for 46 yards (7.7 avg).
Ryan Neufeld played mostly on special teams for the Bills. He played in 9 games (0 starts) and he caught 1 pass for 4 yards (4.0 avg) with a TD grab. For his career, Neufeld has played in 63 games (6 starts) and he’s caught 11 passes for 115 yards (10.5 avg) with 1 TD grab.
Kevin Everett played all 16 games (4 starts) for the Bills this season but he only caught 1 pass for 1 yard.
